Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about documents issuers have filed with a federal regulator. None of it is financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to apply for or avoid any product. We are not a lender, a broker, a credit repair organisation or a financial adviser, and no relationship of that kind is created by your use of the site.
Accuracy and the authority of the filing
Figures here are extracted from PDFs by an automated process described on the methodology page. That process has known limits and will contain errors. The filed agreement linked on each card page is the authoritative document, and where this site disagrees with it, the filing governs.
Filings are also point-in-time. Issuers file quarterly and change terms between filings, so an agreement here may not describe the offer you are shown. Always read the disclosure the issuer gives you at the point of application. We make no warranty that anything here is current, complete or fit for any purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Third-party sites
Links to issuer websites and to the CFPB are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Source documents
The credit card agreements linked and mirrored here are public records published by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They remain the work of their respective issuers. The original text, analysis, data extraction and design of this site are ours; please do not republish them wholesale, though quoting with attribution and a link is welcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site in a way that interferes with it working for other people, and do not scrape it at a rate that amounts to the same thing. The underlying agreements are available in bulk directly from the CFPB, which is a better source than this site for that purpose.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
